The people flocked to the gate at the corner of Ayala Alabang and Madrigal Chamber of Commerce Avenues to explore Regulation 1 protestrestricts the sale of contraceptives without a prescription. "Tutol kami Sat ordinansang Ito. Maaaring ang Walang sinuman magdikta SA SA kaninuman tungkol desisyong Ito. Naglalarawan ng Ang mga kaignorantehan lumikha ng ordinansang Ito," Ayala Alabang resident and former Health Minister Esperanza Cabral said. Cabral is concerned that other local authorities could have the same regulation similar to what they became. Last 28th March, 7 barangays in Balanga City in Bataan province havealready issued regulations that prohibit the sale of condoms without a doctor's prescription. "Kailangan ang nang magdesisyon Muntinlupa City Council patayin para na ito ang ordinansang ng hindi na pamarisan on," she said. "As citizens of this peaceful barangay, I oppose this regulation," said Salonga.
