About 100 residents, mostly dressed in yellow, gathered outside the main gate at the corner of Ayala Alabang Madrigal Avenue at around 9 to Barangay Regulation 1, the promotion and sale of any type of contraception bans in Barangay without prescription protest. Cabral hit barangay officials who were not behind the adoption of the ordinance for apparently acting on it even after a public hearing was19th last March.
